ABOUT ME

Distinction in Master's in Music
Royal College of Music, London
Gin Tzu Tsai had completed her Master's with Distinction in Contemporary Piano at the Royal College of Music, under the artistic guidance of Andrew Zolinsky and Nigel Clayton. She also received a Distinction for a Bachelor's in Music from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts while studying with Lena Ching.
She is a dedicated teacher and believes that everyone should have a chance to be offered quality music education, often conducting group workshops for children to be exposed to such.
Being a performing pianist, Gin Tzu brings a plethora of sounds to her concerts, often programming repertoire that is aimed to keep the audience fully engaged with the extremities of differences but still having a cohesive design that binds all of it together. The diversity of her repertoire explores music other than the canonically performed pieces as she would often perform works from unrepresented composers, allowing her to have an extremely holistic and comprehensive musical understanding.
